(tilt, raise & lower) blind operators provide you the maximum ability to completely control your light, your view and your privacy by allowing “tilting” of the blind louvers while the blinds are  in a full partially suspended position. Additionally, GVE T.R.L. blinds provide you with the functional ability to completely raise and lower the blinds to meet your needs.
